
We all come across the same issues when we start but for most of my advanced athletes, it is difficult to identify a single most common problem that affects, as each individual may have their own unique challenges and areas of focus. However, we end up seeing one of those issues sooner or later
Plateaus: This can be due to a variety of factors, such as lack of variety in training, not adequately addressing weaknesses, or simply the natural plateau that occurs as one becomes more proficient in a skill.
Injuries: As with any physical activity, the risk of injuries is always present. It is important for advanced practitioners to take steps to prevent injury, such as warming up properly, using proper technique, and do a minimum of strength training.
