For combat sports like jiujitsu, judo, and MMA, these qualities include strength, endurance, explosive power, grip strength, and durability. Once we pinpoint these requirements, we can develop a detailed training plan. These plans are structured in phases that alternate between intensity and accumulation, ensuring well-rounded development.
