Motivation starts with passion
If you can’t find the motivation to get up in the morning, what should have the most influence on the rest of your life? Is it your health and your energy? Absolutely. Your perception of stress will be affected, if not exaggerated, and the things you will have to do will seem less and less motivating and entertaining.
Some of us are fortunate to be able to practice our passion as a livelihood, so we are fortunate enough to never feel like we are really working. For those who want to get there, you just need to find some time to practice what you love most.
But what is the relationship with training?
With the world we live in today or the 24-hour days are never enough, how is it possible to find time to invest in our passion? It’s very simple, to get there you must find a way to combine it with your routine.
One of the most important and confusing truths to learn is: Some rules, rather than constraining, can be incredibly liberating.
“Be constant and calculated in your lives so that you can be violent and original in your work of a lifetime.” -Gustave Flaubert
Having a routine makes it easier to plan time for your self. You can use a bit of your time to invest in your passions. You have waited all your youth to become an adult and be able to become what you want and do what you want. What is unfortunate is to see some wasting their time working in an area that they can’t stand or love.
Your routine should include time for what you really want to do, your relationships, your health, your fitness and most importantly, your brainpower. Use this time to create a story you would be proud to tell. Every day must count.
Let’s take these tips to the training room.
Take the time to become stronger and healthier. You want, without a doubt, to make your training sessions as productive as possible.
Your routine should maximize each set and repeat. Every meal you eat and every night of quality sleep you will have the ability to improve your workouts and your quality of life. Those who succeed in making fitness a habit, will certainly develop a passion. Indeed, all that we do revolves around our training and our diet.
Your passion and your hobbies allow you to continue and support everything else and keep your mind awake. As we are not made to work continuously from 9 to 5, especially if you are not motivated by what you do as a career. We must learn to find a balance through this.
Make your health a passion and let it guide your days.
Let the motivation hit you like a brick in the face and transport you like the great wave of Kanagawa.
