Here is a testimonial of Magdalena Lyle from Dubai, who came for a 3 day internship this summer. Great coach with great ideas. She has great clients and a lot of experience in the field. Great to see someone with passion who still believes that we can change people’s lives one day at a time, intelligently and professionally. Thank you for your kind words and your dedication, wish you all the best.
“I had the opportunity of doing an internship with Eric Falstrault, being extremely fortunate to have invested my time and money. It has given me a new insight on where I can diversely develop in the industry.
If you don’t know Eric Falstrault’s background, his experience with athletes, or the many achievements he has attained over the years, you should. It would be an injustice to his reputation, if I were to give you just a brief overview of what he has done over the years as his accomplishments should be completely absorbed and understood in order for them to be appreciated.
Even though he is known for his bravado of a “No Bullshit” attitude he is an honorable, sincere and dedicated coach.
His brazen reputation has evolved through many years of experiencing the trials and tribulations, the successes and falls that this industry can create, therefore if you have experienced Eric’s wrath it would only to better yourself as a coach or a person and as he would put it – “Wake up and smell roses!”
So onto what I had learnt and now address…
* Advanced Program Design – what you thought was good can always be improved on.
* Even though this has been said a thousand times – Take the “Blinkers off” not one coach, not one protocol, not one supplement has all the information.
Learn from others as others will learn from you!
* Being in any industry can make you stale – Eric helped me understand and explore more options of what this industry can offer, looking outside the box and then looking in can give a you different perspective of what can be offered back.
* Doing an internship can be more than just training and all that associates itself with, being empowered and guided from experiences can be just as motivating as learning a new training technique.
I am so grateful for not just Eric Falstrault but all the other coaches that I have had the privilege of either meeting through courses, internships and of course the coaching that I have had.
If you have the resources and time – invest them with Eric and you will reap the rewards of being a better coach and owning a profitable business.”
