1. Follow your instinct
It’s going to happen, in different portions of your life. It will redirect your destiny, either you follow one path or the other, but remember that their might be a reason why you chose one direction.
An amazing thing happens when you flip a coin to make a decision, you suddenly know exactly what you want.
2. Don’t look for the easy way out
No one got through life or became successful without any hardship. When they did, they got through it and kept moving forward. How you perceive problems has a lot to do with it. You might freeze or look for a solution fast, only you decide.
3. Build and follow your own path
You might like to follow someone, you might have great ideas, and you might not be in the right direction in your life. Go back to law number one.
4. Be thankful
You worked hard to get where you are now, but never forget who, what and how you got there.
5. Own your thoughts.
What you think you become. You think you don’t deserve it, you probably don’t. You think your awesome, you most certainly are. The mind is a powerful tool so use it wisely. It all comes down to the questions you ask yourself. If you mindf*ck yourself by saying : how come I can’t do this? or Why can’t I make time? Your mind will come up with all the reason in world why you CAN’T. But if you ask yourself, How can I do this? Or I can I achieve that? Your mind will do exactly that, figure out how you CAN do it. Only once you ask the right questions you’ll find the way, either you can’t or not.
6. Do not critic
You have better things to do than to critic other people’s clothes or their constant complaining about other people….
7. Do more than expected
Talk less and over deliver. Make a great impression.
8. You are not top shit, an alpha or the best.
Never think you are the best. It doesn’t matter who you are, I will always there is always someone, somewhere working harder, faster and smarter than you. Get over yourself and work harder. ( )
9. Family comes first.
10. Give without expecting something back
Be good and life will take care of you, one way or another.
11. Eat shit, look and feel like it.
Yep, obviously, your able to eat what you want and that may be what you want to believe…Good for you, it will catch up to you…soon.
12. Your time is worth something
You study, you learn and you experience. This my friends takes time and a lot of grey matter filling. What you learned is worth something, so is your time and advices. You can give advice, and like I said, don’t expect anything back, but use your head and don’t get rapped.
13. Get stronger, fuck endurance.
14. Get in sick shape at least once.
Once you do it, you’ll never go back, or at least will understand why you should.
15. Own your sleep
You think you should sleep more? You probably should. You need a nap? Do it.
16. Be nice to kids.
They are our next generation and they will have it harder than us. Kids are awesome.
17. People don’t care how in shape or how you got in shape
They just want to know how you can get them in shape.
Last but not least…
18. Surround yourself with happy, healthy and successful people.
This might sound harsh but get negative people out of your life. I see it every day. Most people have a hard(er) time to get in shape, even just happy, because they are surrounded with shit kinda people. What happens when you get up in the morning with a lazy fuck that eats cornflakes with a cigarette? It’s Hard(er) to be up and enjoy your meat and nuts breakfast with a breath of fresh air and a nice view. Some things in your life might be harder to change, but you have some control of other easier things you CAN change in your life. Some friends are just bringing you down at the first occasion they have so guess what? Screw them! You have a goal? Do whatever it takes. You might have to deal with barriers along the way, but some barriers should be broken down in order for you to move forward. Re-read law #1 keep things moving.
